I grew up in Dallas, Texas. In 2007 I left Texas to discern consecrated life, which took me on a crazy adventure to various cities along the east coast. After discerning my vocation was not consecrated life, I completed my MTS at the Pontifical St. John Paul II Institute and specialized in the theology of marriage and family. I served as the Coordinator of Campus and Young Adult Ministry for the Archdiocese of Washington, in which she organized young adult events and served local campus ministers in their mission to evangelize college students. I married Rijo Philip in 2018 and the we welcomed Mariyam into our lives in October of 2019 and Joseph in 2022. I love to preach, offer retreats, and give spiritual direction.
